| Far D to be the title of the last gross Hollywood production, this word D order is the leitmotiv of the most optimistic ecologists of planet who keep the eyes rivetted on Copenhagen where S is open the international Summit on the climate, while waiting, or rather, by hoping that extraordinary and constraining decisions emerge from these climatological debates between the 193 countries which answered present.
For once, L Africa decided to speak D only one vote. It remains with the aguets and hopes well to be made hear. Indeed, L one of the objectives of Copenhagen is the reduction in the world gas emissions to greenhouse effect as from 2020 and the maintenance of the average warming under the threshold of 2°C. However, to ensure their economic development, the African countries cannot meet such requirements, even if it means to pass in addition to the next objectives laid down by this Summit, which account to make D elsewhere L South Africa. But also China, L India and Brazil. All these emergent countries are thus opposed to L adoption of constraining reductions of the gas emissions with greenhouse effect because according to them the requirements under development for each country is different. But if the economic growth and demographic continues without the adoption of drastic changes in the way in which the resources are used, the planet will not be able to support the worldwide economy.
D elsewhere, the black continent wants to set up well fight plans against the climate changes, but not without compensations. The African leaders already ruled on the amount of compensations qu they would ask the countries developed in Copenhagen, that is to say nearly 44 billion D euros to be able to face these climatic phenomena and to set up green economies. An arm wrestling which S announces muscular because the developed countries recognized qu they were to give their support for the developing countries, but advancing more.
Even if C is L Africa, put aside L South Africa, which pollutes less, C is still it which makes more the expenses of the climatic upheavals which inflict drynesses, floods and recrudescence of diseases, of which it pains to be raised each time. D here 2030, approximately 90 million D African moreover will be exposed to paludism. Will Copenhagen manage to be confined D a constraining and satisfactory multi-party agreement for planet and L Africa? That seems a Utopia, but the dice are launched
